Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) panels marry a cost-effective build with a high-end finish. Each four millimetre panel runs a three millimetre core — polyethylene or fire-retardant — sandwiched between two pressed zero-point-five millimetre aluminium skins.

The panels are rolled, folded and CNC cut to suit the drawing. Perforation patterns, custom punch work and routed reveal details are all produced in-house.

Colours & Finishes

A full range of PVDF and FEVE coatings is stocked in architectural greys, whites, bronzes and metallics. Bespoke shades are colour-matched on a lead time of eight to twelve weeks.

Application

ACM suits facades, canopies, wall linings, ceiling rafts and column cladding — anywhere a large, flat, weather-tight aluminium surface is required.
